You can replace the entire tile. Drill 3 4 small holes in the tile to weaken it for removal. A film will develop on the surface of the tile and you ll need to remove it with a moist grout sponge. Lift out the loose tile with a putty knife. Hold a power drill vertically above the broken tile so the bit will go straight down into the tile.

Squeeze the trigger to start the drill and drill a few holes to weaken the tile. 4 replace the tile by pushing it into the adhesive or thinset firmly so it is bedded in the material. Get some ceramic tile adhesive or thinset tile cement and apply it to the substrate with a notched trowel. Small hairline cracks in ceramic tile showers do not typically allow water to get through.
